The Awarding of Lifetime Membership by the BENDIGO FLYING CLUB.

For services to aviation and the flying club for over 50 years.

Friday the 20th. of February 2009.

Club members and friends of these two pilots gathered together on the night to relive old times and to have a great social evening enjoying the company of people with a common interest in airplanes and flying.

Many awards and presentations of certificates & photos of aircraft were made.

 At the end of the presentations the auction of aviation memorabilia was conducted by Victor Kaye OAM. and this along with other fund raising activity during the night  for the BENDIGO FIRE VICTIMS raised the amazing sum of $4312.75 TO BE DONATED BY THE CLUB through the BENDIGO BANK.
